Before the gib goes up. Cable run for every powerpoint, light, switch and data point, set out to the plan we walked with you. Passes inspection first time.
Fit-off
Once the linings and finishes are in. Switches, powerpoints, fittings and the switchboard all installed and made live.
Certification
The whole install tested and signed off before handover, with the paperwork the owner keeps for insurance and resale.

Can I plan for a heat pump, EV charger or solar now?
Yes, and it's far cheaper to provision for it at pre-wire than to chase it through finished walls in five years. Tell us what might be coming and we build it into the plan.
Do you work with my builder or do I organise it?
Either. We work in directly with your builder and the other trades, or deal with you straight if you're managing it yourself. Whatever keeps the job simple.
