Usually on the road within the hour for a genuine emergency. We're a local crew, so we're not coming from the next town over.

Is there a callout fee after hours?

Yes, after-hours and weekend callouts carry a fee on top of the work, and we'll tell you what it is before we head out so there's no surprise on the bill. For a genuine emergency we don't hold things up over money. We get there first and sort the rest after.

What should I do while I wait?

Ring us first and we'll talk you through it. Generally: don't touch a board you're worried about, keep clear of anything sparking or scorched, and if there's a burning smell, switch off at the main if you can safely reach it. We'll tell you what's right for your situation on the phone.
